Scope of Application

• These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, services, and business transactions conducted by Royal Brass Products. Any deviation from these terms must be explicitly confirmed in writing by Royal Brass Products. These conditions apply unless alternative agreements are established in written contracts.

Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Royal Brass Products reserves the right to adjust pricing and availability based on market conditions and material costs.
• Orders are only considered accepted once a written confirmation has been issued by Royal Brass Products.
• Any amendments to confirmed orders must be requested in writing and may incur additional costs.

Prices & Payment

• Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, duties, and freight charges unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms are Net 30 Days from the invoice date unless alternate terms are mutually agreed upon.
• Delayed payments may result in interest charges as per prevailing rates and may impact future credit terms.
• Any bank fees or transaction costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless specified otherwise.

Delivery & Risk Transfer

• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as raw material shortages, transport delays, or force majeure.
• Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods have been handed over to the designated carrier or shipping provider.
• Royal Brass Products is not responsible for damages or losses occurring during transit unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty & Claims

• Royal Brass Products guarantees that products will meet agreed specifications and industry standards.
• Warranty is valid for 12 months from the delivery date.
• Claims for defective goods must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications may void the warranty.
• Royal Brass Products will review claims and may choose to repair, replace, or refund the affected product at their discretion.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns will only be accepted upon prior written agreement.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.

Limitation of Liability

• Royal Brass Products shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, production downtime, or contract losses.
• Liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the defective product or service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• All agreements and disputes are subject to Indian Law.
• The exclusive jurisdiction for resolving disputes will be Jamnagar, Gujarat.
